The size the sheet of acrylic needed is as follows; -

Acrylic sheet size: 3050mm (l) x 390mm (w) x 12mm (t)

Which would cost around £115 - £130 a sheet, plus the small cost of the manufacture.

To make a profit, I would say this chair would have to market at the top end of the targeted priced range given in the brief of £180 - £200 per unit.
